The Appropriation Committee met Monday evening November 6, 1961 at 730 P. M.
in the conference room of Cary Memorial Hall.

The report of the Appropriation Committee for the special Town Meeting
of November 6, 1961 was duly signed by each member and later turned over
to the Moderator.

The special Town Meeting was called to order at $:00 P. M. to act on the
sixteen articles in the warrant.
Article ='`2_ Voted to transfer $15 ,000.00 from Excess and Deficiency,
4 and X15 ,000.00 from Article /'45 of Town meeting March 20, 1961.
Article f Voted to abandon the easement to enter upon and to flow
the water of Dutterfieldts Pond etc.
Article_ '4 Voted for indefinite postponement.
