8:00 P. M. on September 14, 1959.
Present were:
J. Harper Blaisdell, Chairman
Howard Patterson, Robert Meyer
Alfred Viano Donald Colony
Edward A. Palmer
Agenda:
Item #1 - met new members
Item #2 - Considered request of Mr. Carroll 's $500 for
expenses and $50 for Foreclosure Account.
Voted: to transfer A50 to Foreclosure

Item #3 - Vice-Chairman Maurice F. Shaughnessy was elected
Item #Lt - General discussion on programming for future
business. i.e. Cooperation with Capital Expenditures
Committee on future action re: town problems.
Obtaining: policies on salaries and wages etc.
from Selectmen, School Board, Planning Board.
Edward A. Palmer was elected Secretary
The Committee will ask for an informal meeting
with the Seledtmen and Capital Expenditure Committee
on October 5, 1959.
The Department heads will received a follow-up
letter after receipt of the budget, requesting an
early completion of budgets and setting up a meeting
for discussion.
The Secretary will write to several other Towns
for salary schedules.
The Meeting adjourned at 9:30 P. N. The next meeting will be held
on October 5, 1959.
