The Appropriation Committee met in the Town Accountants Office at
8:00 P. . June 8, 1959
Present were :

Howard A. Patterson Mr. Donald G. Colony
Edward A. Palmer
At 8:00 P. ii. yrs. Wanless of the Recreation Committee came in to
explain the request for transfer of $800 to the Recreation Expenses.
This transfer would permit the setting up of a program for retarded
children who have no Summer program under the present system.
It was voted to transfer the sum of $800 from the Reserve Fund,
upon receipt of written policy approval from the Board of Selectmen,
verbal approval having been received.
Organizational discussion took up the rest of the meeting which
adjourned at 9:10 P. M.
No date was set for the next meeting.
