A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the
Committee Room of Cary Memorial Hall on January 27, 1958.
Present were : William Madden Chairman
Paul Buckley A. Edward Rowse
Donald Colony Munroe Hamilton
Wilfred Dwyer Edward A. Palmer
It was voted to T.rrite to Mr. James Carroll re: Budget requests.
The Committee approved: 1C, ID, IE, IF, 2D, 2E, 3B-4
At 8:45 the Planning Board discussed budget and plans for 1958.
At 9:L15 the Planning Board left and the Capital expenditure
Committee discussed long range planning.
At 10:30 the Capital Expenditures Committee left and the
Assessors were hears re : 1958 Budgets and probable tax rate.
The meeting was adjourned at 11 :20.
The next meeting will be February 3rd.
