A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the
Committee Room of Cary Memorial Hall on January 6, 1958
at 8 F. M.
Present were : William °?aaden Chairman
Norman Richards Munroe Hamilton
Edward A. Palmer Donald Colony
Kenneth Blodgett
At 8:45 the Fire Commissioner discussedthe budget for 1958.
The Commissioner explained the need for a new Ambulance
and r'ire Engine. The reouest for a shorter Fire Department
week was discussed but no decision approving or disapproving
was made pending meeting with Selectmen.
At 9:4.5 the Fire Commissioner left.
It was voted to approve Fire Department Expense #188
Also Fire Department New Equipment

The Police Budget will be discussed.
