A Meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held on July 30, 1956,
at 8:15 P. M. , in the Selectmen' s Office, with the Board of Selectmen.
Present were :
William Madden, Chairman
Norman Richards Kenneth Blodgett
Munro Hamilton John Works
Edward A. Palmer, Secy.
Mr. Gayer explained the need for transfer of $1,386.00 from the
Reserve Fund to Parking Lot C. nstruction.
The Selectmen also gave reasons as to the request for the transfer.
A general discussion was held re. Fall Town Meeting.
Adjourned at 8 :30 to the Town Accountant 's Office .
There it was voted to transfer 11,386.00 from the Reserve Fund
to Parking Lot Construction Account.
The Meeting adjourned at 8 :45 P. M. No date was set for the
next Meeting.
