A Meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held at 7:45
P. M. , in the Committee Room of Cary Memorial Hall on Dec-
ember 19, 1955.
Present were :-
William Madden, Vice Cnairrnan
Kenneth Blodgett Edgar Bailey
Donald Colony Norman Richards
Wilfred Dwyer Edward Palmer, Seely.
At 8 :00 P. M. , the Welfare Board was in to explain their
Budget. Mr. Collins gave an explanation of State and Fed-
eral Grants . They left at 8:45 P. M.
It was voted to transfer $3,000.00 from the Reserve Fund
to the Road Machinery Account at 9:40 P. M.
The following Budgets were approved:-
Public welfare, Administration
Public Welfare, Aid and Expenses
Disability, Aid and Expenses
Aid to Dependent Children, Administration
Aid to Dependent Children, Aid and Expenses
Veteran' s Aid, Administration
Veteran' s Aid and Expenses
Veteran's Burial
Cemetery Wages and Expenses
The Meeting adjourned at 10:15 P. M.
