A Meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held December 12,
1955 in the Committee Room at Cary Memorial Hall . 7:145 P. M.
Present were:- Donald Clark, Chairman
Donald Colony Edgar Bailey
William Madden Kenneth Blodgett
Paul Buckley Edward Palmer, Secy.
At 8:05, the Planning Board came in to discuss their Budget .
Alan Adams and Samuel Snow explained the items . The Board
left at 9:05 P. M.
At 9:05, Don Irwin Discussed the Building Department Budget.
Mr. Irwin left at 9:35 P. M.
At 9:35 P. M. , Mr. Bateman brought a letter from the Board
of Selectmen, requesting transfer of $3300.00 to the Road
Machinery Appropriation.
It was decided to hold request in abeyance until the bills
outstanding were checked and totalled.
Parking Meter Maintenance Budget 0. K. ►d.
Police Pension Budget 0. K. 'd.
Meeting adjourned at 10:35 P. M.
