M. on Novem- ber 3, 1953 with the following members in attendance: Raymond W. James, Chairman Leslie C. Read Thomas J . Donnelly, Jr., William Madden Gardner C . Ferguson Donald T. Clark Austin W. Fisher, Jr. John M. Biggs Robert R. Cave Frank D. Walker, Secretary Alan Adams Chairman of the Planning Board came in and dis- cussed Article 4 of the Warrant for the Special Town Meeting to be held November 3G, 1953 with reference to the new zoning changes. Leslie Read and sub-committee discussed their first session with the School Committee. The following votes -were taken on the Warrant: Article 2 No recommendations 1/ 3 U ft tf fl 11 5 Recommends favorable action A discussion of Article 5 was had to enable the Chairman to gather thoughts of arguments to use in its favor. Letter from School Committee requesting transfer of 8805 to Vocational Education, It was voted to transfer same from the Reserve Fund. Letter from Recreation Committee giving notice of their new Chairman - Robert Person. Copy of letter received from the Chamber of Commerce to the Planning Board recommending unfavorable action on Article 4. Meeting adjourned at 11 :10 P . M. Next meeting will be held at 7:00 P. M.
