A meeting of the Apprcpri�_ ti n Committee was held in the
office of the Town Accountant on Monday evening, February 2, 1953
with the following members in attendance:
Leon W. Bateman, Chairman
Raymond W. James Ralph H. Tucker
A. W. Cleveland Leslie C. Read
Gardner C. Ferguson William Madden
James V . Macdonald Thomas J . Donnelly, Jr.
Frank D. Walker, Secretary
The minutes of the meeting held on January 26 were presented
and aperoved.
"Les" Read gave report on School salaries .
Ray James gave report on the "thinking of Selectmen" relative
salaries .
Cost of new blower 82400.
We are holding 88,823.29 on Vesper Construction Co. contract.
Discussed expense budgets and approved through Library with
few exceptions .
Meetinc next Monday evening at 9 :00 P.M. with Board of
Selectmen.
The next meeting will be held Tuesday evening, February 3, 1953
7:30 P.M.
