A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the office
of the Town Accountant at 7:30 Monday erening, January 5, 1953 with
the following members in attendance :
Leon W. Bateman, Chairman
Raymond W. James Ralph H. Tucker
Leslie C. Read James V. Macdonald
Gardner C. Ferguson A. W. Cleveland
Thomas J . Donnelly, Jr.
Frank D . Walker, Secretary
The minutes of the meeting held December 23, 1952 were presented
and approved.
Mi: s Thompson came in at 7:45 to discuss the budget requests
for Collector. Left at 8:10.
Recreation Committee came in at 8 :10 to discuss the budget re-
quests for 1953; left at 9 : 20 .
Fire Department, Board of Commissioners came in at 9 :30 to dis-
cuss their 1953 budgets; left at 10:35.
Assessors came in at 10;35 to discuss their 1953 budgets ; left
at 11 :00.
The next regularmeeting will be held January 12th with the
following agenda:
Cemetery Commission 7:45
Supt . of Public Works
The meeting adjourned at 11:02 P. M.
