MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE
APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE HELD ON
March 15 and 17, 1952
A special meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held
in the office of the Town Accountant Saturday morning March 15th
at 9:00 o' clock with the following members in attendance:
Leon W. Bateman, Chairman
Clarence E. Smith Ralph H. Tucker
Raymond W. James Thomas J . Donnelly, Jr.
Ethel U. Rich, Secretary
The Committee adjourned to the Selectmen' s room at 10 A. M.
where a brief meeting was held with the Selectmen.
Meeting adjourned at 10:45 A. M.
A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the
office of the Town Accountant Monday evening, March 17, 1952
at 7:00 prior to the Town Meeting, with the following members
in attendance:
Leon W. Bateman, Chairman
Clarence E. Smith Ralph H. Tucker
Howard A. Patterson A. W. Cleveland
John J . Sullivan Raymond W. James
Thomas J . Donnelly, Jr.
Ethel U. Rich, Secretary
The Committee adjourned to Cary Hall at �:45 to the
Annual Town Meeting. This meeting adjourned at 11 o'clock
until Monday evening, March 24th at 8 P. M. when the remaining
Articles will be voted on.
The next meeting of the Committee will be held Monday
evening, March 24, 1952 at 7:15 P. M.
