MINUTES OP THE MEETING OF THE
APPROPRIATION COMMITTf : HELD ON
March 10, 1952
A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in
the office of the Town Accountant Monday evening, March 10,
1952 with the following members in attendance:
Leon W. Bateman, Chairman
Clarence E. Smith Ralph H. Tucker
A. W. Cleveland Raymond W. James
Thomas J . Donnelly, Jr.
Ethel U. Rich, Secretary
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 by Chairman
Leon W. Bateman.
The minutes of the meeting held on March 3, 1952 were
Presented and approved.
At 8 :15 P. M. the Appropriation Committee adjourned to
the Selectmen' s room to meet jointly with the Selectmen and
Chairman of the School Committee, Assessors ' and. Cemetery
Com Liss ion: returned at 9 :00 P.
The next meeting will be held at 7 o' clock Monday
evening, March 17th, one half hour earlier than regular
meetings to allow time for any last minute matters which
might arise. At 8 :00 P. M. the Committee will adjourn
to the Cary Hail where the Annual Town Meeting will take
place.
