APPROPRIATION COMMITTER HELD ON
March 3, 1952
A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in
the office of the Town Accountant Monday evening, March 3,
1952 with the following memaers in attendance:
Leon W. Bateman, Chairman
Ralph H. Tucker Clarence E. Smith
Raymond W. James Thomas J. Donnelly, Jr.
Leslie C. Read
Ethel U. Rich, Secretary
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 by Chairman
Leon W. Bateman.
The minutes of the meeting held on February 18, 1952
were presented and approved.
A request has been received from the school for th,500
under Article 27 for preliminary plans. It was voted to
annropriate this sum.
The next meeting will be held Monday evening, March 10th
in the Town Accountant' s Office at the regular time, 7: 30 P.M.
A joint meeting —ill be held at 8:15 with the Selectmen and
Chairman of the following committees :
Cemetery
Assessors
School
This meeting is held in accordance with Chapter 44 of
the Teneral Laws .
The meeting adjourned at 9 :20 P. M.
