MTNUTES On THF MEETING OP THE
APPROPRIAT TON COMMITTEE HELD ON
February 6, 1952
A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in
the office of the Town Accountant Wednesday evening, February
6, 1952 with the following members in attendance:
r.73 Leon W. Bateman, Chairman
Clarence E. Smith Raymond W. James
A. W. Cleveland Thomas J. Donnelly, Jr.
John J. Sullivan Leslie C. Read
Ethel U. Rich, Secretary
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 by Chairman
Leon W. Bateman.
The minutes of the meeting held on February 4, 1R52 were
presented and approved.
The Capital Expenditures Committee came in at 8.00 P. M.
Left at 8:40 P. M.
The evening was spent on the budget recommendations.
The meeting adjourned. at 11:10 P. M.
The next meeting will be held Monday evening, February 11,
1952, 7:30 in the Town Accountant' s office.
