MINUTES OP THE METING OF THE
APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE HELD ON
February 26, 1951
A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held
in the office of the Town Accountant Monday evening,
February 26, 1951 with the following members present:
Howard A. Patterson, Chairman
William M. Hall Clarence Smith
r Raymond W. James John J. Sullivan
Leon W. Bateman Thomas J . Donnelly, Jr.
A. W. Cleveland Ralph H. Tucker
Prank D. Walker, Consultant
The minutes of the meeting held on February 19, 1951
were presented and approved.
The Preamble was prepared for the Appropriation
Committee Report.
The next meeting of the Committee will be held on
Monday evening March 12, 1951 at 7: 30 in the Town Accountant' s
Office. At 8 :00 a joint meeting will be held with the Board
of Selectmen in their office with the following:
L.H. Emery, Chairman Assessors
W. G. Potter,Chairman Cemetery Commission
Ruth Morey, Chairman School Committee
Meeting adjourned at 9 :00.
