MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE
APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE HELD ON
February 9, 1951
A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the
office of the Town Accountant Friday evening at 7:30 with the
following members in attendance:
Howard A. Patterson, Chairman
William M. Hall Clarence E. Smith
John J. Sullivan Leon W. Bateman
A. W. Cleveland Raymond W. James
Frank D. Walker, Consultant
The minutes of the meeting held on February 6, 1951 were
presented and approved.
The Board of Selectmen came into the meeting to discuss
the matter of salary increases . The following recommendations
were presented:
Cronin Assessors ' k1.100. from April 1st
Collins Welfare 1+000. " " ft
Jackson Sanatorian 10% " ,r 1f
Higgins Engineer 10% " ft rt
The next meeting will be held Monday evening, February
12, 1951 at 7:30.
The meeting adjourned 10:30.

The School Committee have been invited to meet with the
Appropriation Com:iittee at 9 :00 Monday evening, February 12th.
A later hour was set due to Mr. Grindle having a previous en-
gagement .
