APPROPRIATION COMMITTED HELD ON
February 5, 1951
A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the
office of the Town Accountant Monday evening, February 5, 1951
at 7: 35 with the following members in attendance:
Howard A. Patterson, Chairman
William M. Hall Clarence E. Smith
John J . Sullivan Leon W. Bateman
Raymond W. James Thomas J . Donnelly, Jr.
A. P. Cleveland
Prank D. Walker, Consultant
The r1 nu7;es of the meeting held on February 1, 1951 were
presented and approved.
The Cemetery Commission came in at 7:50 to discuss their
budgets, left at 9 :00.
The Planning Board came in at 9 :00 with their 1951 budgets
andleft at 9 :15.
It was voted the amount of ; 1350 to Planning Board expenses .
Mr. Burns advised bids for Garbage Contracts were advertised
the past week. No bids received to date.
Meeting adjourned 11:00 P. M.

The next meeting of the Committee will be Friday evening
at 7: 30 P. m.
