APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE
January 30, 1951
A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the
office of the Town Accountant on Monday evening, January 29, 1951
at 7:30 with the following members in attendance:
Howard A. Patterson, Chairman
William M. Hall Raymond. W. James
Thomas J. Donnelly, Jr. John J. Sullivan
Leon W. Bateman A. W. Cleveland
Ralph H. Tucker
Frank D. Walker, Consultant
The minutes of the meeting held on January 22, 1951 were
presented and approved.
The Cemetery Commissioners were notified on January 23, 1951
that the Appropriation Committee desired to meet with them by a
letter sent to Mr. W. G. Potter who stated he was not notified.
A copy of the letter follows :
"Mr. William G. Potter
25 Walnut Street
Lexington 73, Massachusetts
Dear. Mr. Potter:
The Appropriation Committee request the Cemetery Commissioners ,
to meet with them on Monday evening, January 29, 1951, at 7:30
in the Town Accountantts office.

It was voted that a letter be sent to each member of the
Cemetery Commission individually asking them to be present Monday
evening, February 5, 1951 at 7:30.
The Long Range Planning Board came in at 8:15, left at 9 : 35.
The next meeting will be held Wednesday evening, January
31, 1951.
Meeting adjourned at 10:30 P. M.
