MINUTS OG' THE MEETING OP THE
APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE
December 19 , 1950
A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the
office of the Town Accountant on Monday evening, December 18,
1950 with the following members in attendance:
Howard A. Patterson, Chairman
William M. Hall A. W. Cleveland
Ralph H. Tucker Clarence E. Smith
Raymond W. James John J. Sullivan
Thomas J. Donnelly, Jr.
Prank D. Walker, Consultant
Leon W. Bateman notified the Committee he wouldnot
be able to be present.
The minutes of the meeting held on December 11, 1950 were
presented and approved with the exception that William M. Hall
was omitted from the list of members present .
The Chief of Police came in at 7:45 to discuss his
budgets for 1951 with the Committee, left at 9 :00.
The Library Trustees came in at 9 :00 to discuss their
budgets for 1951 with the Committee, leaving at 10:20.
The meeting adjourned at 10:30 P. M.
The next meeting of the Appropriation Committee will be
held Thursday evening, December 28, 1950 at 7:30.
