APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE HELD ON
June 19, 1950 at 7:30 P.M.
A meeting of the Appropriation Committee was held in the office
of the Town Accountant on Monday evening, June 19, 1950 at 7:30 P.M.
with the following :nembers in attendance:
Howard A. Patterson, Chairman
William M. Hall Clarence E. Smith
Ralph H. Tucker A. W. Cleveland
Arn
Leon W. Bateman Thomas J . Donnelly, Jr.
John J. Sullivan Raymond W. James
Frank D. Walker, Secretary
The minutes of the meeting held on May 22, 1950 were presented
and approved.
Mr. DeFoe and Mr . Burns came in at 7:45 P.M. to request a
transfer to increase their budget for addition engineering inspection.
It was voted to transfer $1,000. to Engineering-Supervisor of
New Development Account, with information to be broken down on payrolls
as to where and when he worked.
Letter from Selectmen read - with discussion.
"Doc" Foley and Recreation Committee came in with reference to
the Toilet Building.
It was voted to transfer $1,200. to Toilet Building Recreation -
Caoital Outlay, after receiving a formal request.
Letter was presented and read from Ed. Worthen.
The meeting adjourned at 10:22 P.M.
