MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF
APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE HELD
7:10 P. M. March 20 , 1950
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Howard A. Patter-
son in the Town Accountant' s Office, with the following members in
attendance:
Emile J . Vadeboncoeur Ralph H. Tucker
Clarence E. Smith William M. Hall

The minutes of the meeting held on March 13, 1950 were pre-
sented and approved.
Robert W. Fawcett entered the meeting.
William G. Potter came in and discussed the Personal Services
Budget of the Cemetery Department, especially the increase for the
clerk. It was agreed between the Appropriation Committee and
Mr. Potter that if the increased appropriation went through that
Mr. Potter would recommend to the Cemetery Commission that the
records of the Cemetery Department would be brought to the Town
Offices before January 1, 1951 after a thorough analysis of who
was going to have charge and handle them. Mr. Potter then left
the meeting.
The report was signed and the items not previously voted
were considered and voted.
There will be a meeting of the Appropriation Committee on
Monday, March 27, 1950 at 7:30 P.M.
