MINTJTES OP THE MEETING OF THE
APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE HELD AT
&:30 P. M. February 20, 1950
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Howard A. Patter-
son- in the Town Accountant' s Office, with the following members
in attendance:
William M. Hall Clarence E. Smith
Fni.le J. Vadeboncoeur Ralph H. Tucker
Frank D. Walker, Secreta.r;
The minutes of the meeting held on February 6, 1950 were pre-
spnted end approved.

It was voted to change the following budgets :
Supt. Public Works - Personal Services 02+,950.80
Accounting Department " 7,93240
Mr. Peterson of the Recreation Committee came in and presented
new plans for the toilet and locker facilities at the Center Play-
ground.
A discussion of the Preamble took place. ( Copy of which is
herewith enclosed. )
