CPAC Members Present: Chris Herbert, Co-Chair; Sarah Felton, Co-Chair; Hema Bhatt; Patrick Sullivan; Marilyn Fenollosa; Matt Daggett; Len Morse-Fortier CPAC Liaisons Present: Mark Sandeen, Liaison to the Select Board, Joe Pato, Liaison to the Select Board, Bob Creech, Liaison to the Planning Board Staff Members Present: Carol Kowalski, Assistant Town Manager for Development; Molly Belanger, Land Use Planner Consultants Present (Co-Leads): Martha Lyon, Martha Lyon Landscape Architecture; Daphne Politis, Community Circle • Meeting Opening Sarah Felton, Co-Chair called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM. • Meeting Minutes The CPAC reviewed and approved the meeting minutes of November 23, 2021 per the addition of Len Morse-Fortier to the list of CPAC members present and the addition of meeting materials discussed. The CPAC reviewed and approved the meeting minutes of November 30, 2021 pending the addition of meeting materials discussed. Sarah Felton took a roll-call vote to approve the meeting minutes of November 23, 2021 and November 30, 2021. The CPAC voted unanimously to approve both minutes. • Review draft Goals, Objectives, and Strategies • Chris Herbert, Co -Chair and Ms. Felton reviewed comments made to the December 23, 2021 draft Goals, Objectives, and Strategies which incorporated recommendations from Staff, CPAC Members, and Stakeholders. • Next Steps and Schedule going forward • Daphne Politis reviewed the draft implementation table design and proposed a format. Ms. Politis requested the CPAC review the draft and make suggestions to the formatting of the Economic Development Introduction by Friday, January 7. The CPAC will conduct a complete review of the draft at a later meeting. Daphne Politis reviewed the draft implementation table design and proposed a goal format for the CPAC to review. The CPAC will review this draft at its Tuesday, January 18 meeting for formatting and content. Ms. Politis requested the CPAC review the draft and make suggestions to the format by Friday,January 7. Sarah Felton took a roll-call vote to adjourn the January 4t" CPAC meeting. The CPAC voted unanimously to adjourn.
