The Appropriation Committee held a reconvened meeting, at 7:30 P.M.,
on Monday, April 10, 1972,- in the Conference Room, Cary Memorial
Hall, Lexington . Present were Edward E. Furash, Chairman, Jack L.
Mitchell, Vice Chairman, Elizabeth M. Flynn, Secretary, Arthur T.
Bernier, J. H. Blaisdell, Levi G. Burnell, Howard L. Levingston,
Donald B. White and Richard M. Perry, Comptroller.
The Chairman reported on a letter received from a citizen, decrying
the attitude and recommendations of the Committee with respect to
some Conservation Articles .
The meeting was recessed, at 7:50 P.M., to Town Meeting.

on Nednesday, April 12, 1972, in the Conference Room, Cary Memorial
Hall, Lexington. Present were Edward F. Furash, Chairman, Jack L.
Mitchell, Vice Chairman, Elizabeth M. Flynn, Secretary, Arthur T .
Bernier, Howard L. Levingston, Donald B. White and Richard M. Perry,
Comptroller.
Other than Article #93 - Rezoning, Mark Moore - it is not known if
reconsideration will be moved on other Articles .
On Article #101 - Transfer of available funds - the Chairman will
move that 5,;6t3,000. be transferred from F & D. This will leave
approximately $148,000. in E & D.
The Tax Rate, at this time, is projected as $67 .40.
The meeting was recessed, at 7:55 P.M. to Town Meeting.
