Present were Edward E . Furash, Chairman, Jack L. Mitchell, Vice Chairman, Elizabeth M. Flynn, Secretary, J. H. Blais- dell, Levi ( . Burnell, Howard L. Levingston, R. B. Moore , Donald B. White and Richard M. Perry Comptroller. RESERVE FUND BALANCE: $88,947. Reserve Fund transfers were VOTED, but upon motion duly made and seconded, as the Chairman joined the meeting, a revote was VOTED. RESERVE FUND TRANSFERS: 1. Acct. #850 - San. Land Fill-Exp. $4,000. Mr. Wenham explained the need for more sand until 12/31 2. Acct. #700 - Sewer ?Mint.-Exp . 5,000. Unpaid bills for pumping station 3 . Acct. #2400 - Town Celebs .-Exp . 800. Extra expenses for 419 parade. Ltr. to Chrmn. requesting proper budgeting in 172 . 4. firt. 10 ' 71 - Police pensions 150. Upon motions duly made and seconded, it was VOTED, to transfer the amounts requested. Executive session was VOTED at 8:40 P.M. Discussion was held on request for transfer of $450, Mr. Louis Zehner, Chairman of the Town Report Committee, had assumed, personally, the payment of this amount for printing the Report. He had not re- quested reimbursement. The Selectmen are requesting this transfer in his behalf. Bills for this extra amount will be made available to the Comptroller. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the following TRANSFER was VOTED: Acct. #1760 - Prntg. Town Report-Exp . $450. out-of-pocket exp. Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED to recess the meeting subject to the call of the Chairman, and the Chairman deems the next regular meeting will be on January 3, 1972.
