January 4, 1971, in the office of the Comptroller, Estabrook Hall,
Lexington. Present were Edward E. Furash, Chairman, Elizabeth M.
Flynn, Secretary, Arthur T. Bernier, Levi G. Burnell, Howard L.
Levingston, H. Bigelow Moore, Richard M. Perry, Comptroller and
Donald B. White.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED to submit the Ap-
propriation Committee Report, as amended, to the Town Clerk. Recom-
mendations, where necessary, are as follows:
Article 2. Recommended: Favorable action - bonding $4,300,000.

lr Article 3. Recommended: Favorable action - $200. - Stedman Rd.
Article 4. Recommended: Favorable action: sewer project
additional borrowing apprvd. $100,000.
raise in the tax levy 7 000.

Article 6. Recommended: Favorable action - X4,000. - to be raised
Acct. #4100-Fire-P.S. on the tax
Additional Appropriation levy
Article 13 . Recommended: Unfavorable action, at this time, since
funds have not been requested.
The Chairman read the following statement: "All Articles, with the
exception of Article #13, request funds . Such funds are to be
raised on the tax levy and if funds are appropriated under Article
#13, such funds are to be transferred from Conservation Funds ."
The next meeting night is scheduled for Monday, January 11, 1971.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:05 P.M.
