Members present were Robert M. Gary, Chairman, Edward E . Furash, Vice Chairman, Elizabeth M. Flynn, Secretary, J. Harper Blaisdell, Donald B . White and Louis A . Zehner. Vice Chairman Furash presented preliminary figures on the Pro Forma requested by the School Committee . D. Perry' s Tax Rate Comparison and Estimation were also presented and referred to. , E. Furash projected as follows for 1970: School-Pers . He was grateful that it w*s nearing completion as it gives the Superintendent of Schools and the School Committee something to work with for their 1970 Budget and also in negotiating with the Teachers Association.
