Commission thought it was wor h about $90,000. Therefore Town appropriated
$50,000 -o take by eminen' domain. Award was on basis of $1500/A; -aking
wasmade at the end of Sept. HUD gave us $ 50% x $60,000
Nat. Resources gave 1/4 x $45,000
