Frank Parrish had left early in the meeting to attend School Committee meeting and request that they cut their audget by $150,00 . School Committee, he reported, willprobably cut about 3150,000. Ise told them that this committee had voted to make sure that kinderarteu goes before Town Meeting and had voted to oppose kindergarten. Only with the understandig that we realize they have control over how they spend their money do we reconsider these votes. The cuts will be ite._ized in writing only as to appropriate large accounts.
