The Appropriation Committee met on Monday eveaing, December 20, 1965
at 7:30 p.m. in the office of the Town Accountant.
Present - Frank T. Parrish, Jr. Chairman
J. Harper Blaisdell Oscar R. Carlson
Allan F. Kenney Robert M. Gary
Logan Clarke Louis A. Zehner
Raymond L. White, Secretary
Requests received fur transfers from Reserve Fund for the following
purposes:
Accounting - Personal Services $53.00 approved
Dental Clinic - Expenses $85.70 approved

Warrant Information Committee: Otis Brown, Guth Morey, Alan Adams.
Mrs. Battin was present during the discussion of the desirability of
changing By-Law to require earlier warrant information and financial
report. Brookline By-Law requires all supporting information and
data to be ready at the time the Warrant is closed. Neddham By-Law -
Penalty. It has been the practice in Lexington to get the report
out 7 days before the annual Town Meeting. Finance Committee should
present the budget.
Mr. Gray entered meeting to go over budgets at 8:50 p.m.
Request for transfer from the Reserve Fund of 0400.00 for theLaw Dept. -
Expenses - approved.
Request for transfer from Reserve Fund of $220.00 for Town Clerk - Expenses
Approved.
Meeting adjourned 10:10 p.m.
Logan Clarke is to takk with Fire and Police Dept.
Mr. Nyren is to meet with us January 10, 1966
