The Appropriation Committee met on Monday evening, February $,
1965 at 7:45 P. M. in the office of the Town Accountant.
Present: J. Harper Blaisdell, chairman
Frank T. Parrish, Jr. Oscar R. Carlson
Robert M. Gary Donald P. Noyes
Mrs. Richard W. Souza Logan Clarke, Jr.
Raymond L. White, Secretary
-Zr. Blaisdell submitted letter from the Board of Fire commissioners
in which they withdraw their request for $1$,500.00 for renovation and
modernization of the Fire Alarm Room at Headquarters.

The chairman stated that to date no budget have been received from
the Law Department.
Mr. Alfred Gray, Executive Assistant entered our meeting and
went over the budgets which the Board of selectmen has approved.
The remainder of the evening was spent examining and approving
budgets.
Our meeting adjourned at 12:10 M.
