Committee met with Board of Selectmen at 7 : 00 P.M. to discuss :
(1) Use of $750, 000 Free Cash (Art. 51) at Town Meeting. All
agreed on amount.
(2) Board of Selectmen to propose $7, 500 for needs assessment
(1 of Senior Citizens Center at Munroe School or Muzzey Jr. High-
Article 33
(3) Board of Selectmen to propose $35, 000 to be appropriated to
add to 1979 appropriations of Article 4 as follows :
#5250 - $14, 000 - Roof and energy
#5600 - $15, 000 - Street lights - fuel adj . clause
#7550 - $ 6, 000 - Library - energy
Appropriation Committee concurred with proposal .
Appropriation Committee withdrew from Selectmen' s Meeting.
Voted to support Article 33, but only on condition they be consulted
before all steps in study are complete.
Reviewed list of possible Reserve Fund transfers presented to them
and decided to react on each one individually as they are presented.
As many as possible to attend Board of Selectmen meeting on Monday,
March 31, to discuss Lexpress appropriation.
