I . Mabee of Permanent Bldg. Comm. and D. Wells, Chairman of
Recreation Comm. joined meeting.
I . Mabee advised the Committee the Center Pool is expected to open
on time - approximately July 1.
David Wells reported - Cost of tags doubled.
$43, 400 estimated cost of Pool and Res .
operating costs - (salaries included) .
Hope to charge $10 . 00 per adult
$ 5 . 00 per child
$ 5. 00 Senior Citizens
$ 1. 00 Guests per day
to offset costs
Mike Hanlon, Town Engineer joined meeting and discussed the
following:
1. I-I Study - 2nd phase is sewer system evaluation survey -
Need $75, 000 at 1980 Town Meeting.
2. Adams St. at North St. straightening out to cost $53, 000 .
Reserve Fund transfer request for $12, 000 for Acct. #1090-General
Prof. Services signed.
Motion to approve $9, 247 . 54, seconded and voted. Caution Town
Manager regarding spending money not approved.
