Discussed giving recognition to John H. Blaisdell for his 21 years of
service on the Appropriation Committee (May 2, 1958 to June 30, 1979)
Nomination of officers:
Elected: Chairman - Donald B. White
Vice Chairman - George Silverman
Secretary - Richard Perry
Discussed budgetary philosophy.
Recommend to Board of Selectmen that all buildings (2 fire stations and
library) be under Public Works for building maintenance and repairs.
Recommend the following be one budget item because of duplication of
effort in all Human Service areas:
Mystic Valley Mental Health
Tri-Community
Minute Man Home Care
Replace
CMARC
