May ask for reconsideration of Article 4 if capping legislation is not in
place.
Updated D.P.W. budget to be ready by 3/2/79
As of now to ask for $152700 in account #5250 buildings , which includes
518,000 for lifts at barn.
R. Hutchinson questioned as to how we fame up with same total as last
year, with many variations in this account from one year to the next?
John Campbell to go over it with him.
Appropriation Committee to propose fixing BoMag at the dump, rather than
buy new piece of equipment. Three yard, rubber tire bulldozer-will be
getting bids for trash removal from town on 3/29.
Article 5 — Board of Selectmen and Personnel Advisory Board to review
salary changes.

DPW collective settlement to cost S600 per man. Represents S4+2,800 for
that account not $20,000 we thought. Feels $300,000 is good amount for
Article 5.
Article 6 — Town Manager asks we go along with this - part of Fire department
contract.
I/I Study information will be available in a week.
New list of DPW equipment to be out by next meeting.
Revaluation - bids to be received on 4+/9. Appropriation Committee to
receive report from Assessors on in house ability to do project.
Selectmen support Mini-bus article.
