Bleachers:
Bids in on lumber: 5,100 Friends, 7,234 Mass Co. , 45 days delivery, 7,800
Hussey, 90 days delivery. Prices good for 30 days.
Fabrication of Metal: 3,600, 2,100, Cavelier, No bid Arch Welding.
Total estimated price of 13,000 of which 3,500 is on hand from previous
transfer, therefore would need 10,000 transfer at this point.
Cemetery Building: $40,000 includes architectural fees for drawings and
specs only - 650 sq. ft of present building to be remodeled, and 800 sq.
ft of new--question, should plans and specs be appropriated first?
Reserve Transfer for bleachers discussed:
R. Cataldo moves support of reserve transfer up to $10,000,
the above amount was moved, seconded and voted upon.
Cemetery Building: R. Cataldo moved $3,000 for plans and specs.
Need for more detailed explanation.
