r.a 1. Met with Leroy J. Hebert and Chet Sewell of Central
Middlesex Assoc. for Retarded Citizens Inc. , who have inserted Article 32
in Town Warrant. Requesting $5,000 for support of their program. They
take on pupils after 766 finishes with them and have wide range of ages
(average of 35)
Expenditures 1978 - $212,000
Budget for 1979 - $250,000
In 1975 served 12 people - this year serving 46 people - 3 from Lexington plus
one more possible.
2. Eph Weiss discussed his three articles:
Article 19 - selectmen approved Energy Committee - Requests $200.
Article 50 - Authorization to conduct public building energy audits - between
3 to $10,000.
Article 51 - appointment of Energy management
3. What does Board and Town Manager think of Weiss's proposals is to be
discussed further.. . .
