PRESENT: D. White, R. Perry, M. Gilman, J. Blaisdell, R. Cataldo,
J. Campbell, P. Hall, G. Silverman, W. Dailey
W. Grush, Board of Assessors joined meeting to go over request for 5140,000
to revaluate the town. Explained that he hoped proposals would come in
about $20 per parcel for 10,000 proposals = $200,000.
Would not split the job - one company to do all, residential, industrial
and commercial (not utilities) - 6 categories. Does not feel bids will
be in by Town Meeting, but hopes to have good estimate.
Wrote introduction text to report and reviewed votes on all articles
and comments on Article 4 line-item.
