Met with TMMA: discussed structure of town government.
spoke about Article $ & 5 - want to postpone article 4 personnel
services budgets and article 5 until all salaries in place even at
risk of special town meeting.
Don White spoke of possibility of amending Article 5 to have Appropriation
Committee approval necessary.
Voted to cover article 5 in supplmental report.
