Whereas Article 13 had not been previously voted on by Committee
it was discussed - S196,500 requested to be bonded.
Moved and seconded to approve an amended report - supplemental No.2 to
be prepared by Secretary Perry and to be submitted by Chairman under Article
2 reports.
