Perry, Secretary, Peter Hall, John Campbell, John Blaisdell, Martin Gilman, William Dailey I . LIBRARY The following questions were asked: 1. What does $62,000 for books in budget represent? 2. We were advised that if the security system was in place we would see a saving of $15,000 a year. We are concerned that after having this equipment in place there is still an increase . 3. Assuming that Town Meeting were to agree with us and cut $5, 000 - what would the effect on level of services be? II . REPLACE The following questions were asked: 1. What about proposed salary increases? 2. What about over-lapping services between MVMH and Replace? III . RECREATION The following questions were asked: 1. "Pool just costs too much money" . If pool were constructed, how much would come back in revenue? 2. We are very concerned with the total cost and the majority of the Committee is not willing to go along with this level of expenditure. 3. What kind of reimbursement would be available if the pool was built as an adjunct to the school department. 4. We arerepared to support a replacement of the pool but not at $600 ,000.
