Q I . ELEVATOR CONTRACTS
Martin Gilman reported to the Committee his findings re the
above subject:
a. $192.00 per month on all elevators.
b. $166.00 per month for school servicing.
Against $123.00 offered by Stanley. This matter was
referred to Acting Town Manager Perry to carry through
with Mr. Lawson.
II . ASSIGNMENTS
(See attached sheet 248A)
III . SELF INSURANCE
Upon motions duly made and seconded, the Appropriation
Committee VOTED to ask the Board of Selectmen to set
up a Committee to look into the subject of self insurance.

VI . ENERGY
There is to be a meeting scheduled for November 1, 1976
with the Board of Selectmen. A member or two of the
Appropriation Committee will attend per request of the
Chairman.
VII . YOUTH PROGRAMS
Chairman Furash asked Mrs. Kutchin and Mr. Gilman to _
read copies of new programs as presented by the above
group to the Board of Selectmen. Now have a $16,000 budget
and are requesting $60,000 (to include a Youth Director) .
Meeting adjourned at 10:15 P.M.
Next meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 8 , 1976 at 7:30 P.M.
