APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE
DATE: April 5, 1976

Patricia Hagedorn, Mitzi Kutchin, Jack Campbell, Peter Hall,

Town Manager O'Connell joined the meeting to discuss a $20,000
Reserve Fund Transfer:
a) we are doing something wrong, the Town Manager stated.
b) are we over-repairing?
c) are our men making too many repair judgments?
d) are we operating equipment that is just too old?
e) Chairman Furash stated that this was a matter to be looked
into at much more depth and at a later time. However he
asked the Town Manager if $5,000 would carry them for awhile.
It was moved and seconded to
transfer the amount of $5,000
from the Reserve Fund to Account
5450 - Road Machinery.
SO VOTED
Meeting adjourned at 8 :00 P.M.
The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 5, 1976
