White , Vice-Chairman, Schools, J. H. Blaisdell, Secretary, Mitzi Kutchin, Patricia Hagedorn, Peter Hall, John Campbell, Richard M. Perry, Ex-officio I . RESERVE FUND TRANSFERS Balance : $88,431.88 1. Transfer amount of $800.00 to Account 2470 Recreation. 2. Transfer amount. of $1400 to Account 3550 Animal control: due to added expenses during 1976 - electricity, gas, telephone , water bill and interior equipment. 3. Transfer amount of $2,670 to account 1750 Municipal Property - Workmen's Comp. 4. Transfer amount of $2250 to account 1125 - police , fire , medical services. 5. Transfer amount of $44,000 to account 1700 group insurance. Upon motions duly made and seconded, it was SO VOTED to transfer the above amounts from the Reserve Fund. II . WETLAIVDS Present: Mr. Zabin Dr. Michael Alexander • a) Planning Board voted 4 to 1 to support all Planning Board Articles except Article 97. b) Mr. Zabin stated his Board was not at all pleased with the Appropriation Committee report on Wetlands and felt that their decision would greatly influence Town Meeting. c) Chairman Furash stated: 1. he felt it most important to find out if the town does favor Wetland Zoning. 2. whether or not the study will be carried out at the right price? cost involved? 3. whether information would be sufficient to protect the town. 4. Mr. Zabin stated that this is no longer an extraordinary situation. 213 III . QUESTIONS TO DISCUSS WITH SELECTMEN a) under Article IV - $1700 only difference. b) pensions - who should get them? c ) Article 32 - flagpole 1. paid for out of bicentennial? 2. gift to the town? 3. will bids soon be firm? 4. should see bids on or before Article comes up. d) Conservation - Selectmen to caucus after each article . IV . SCHOOLS r.� Chairman Furash stated the following points: a) ask the School Committee to put base budget of $14,490.33 in Article IV and anything else in Article V. b) or 15 mil in Article V. c ) or move to send budget back and go for special Town Meeting. d) Chairman Furash would like to meet with School Committee as soon as possible.
