APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE

Schools, J. H. Blaisdell, Secretary, Patricia A. Hagedorn,
Martin Gilman, Peter Hall, John Campbell, Richard M. Perry,
Ex-officio.
I . NOISE
a) need a baseline factor of what noise factors are .
b) cost would be $6,500 for consultant.
c ) Mr. Spencer to contact Lee Whitman regarding past work done .
d) Mr. Gilman asked if any inquiries had been made to engineers
in the Town to do this study? No:
e ) Mrs. Hagedorn stated that doing it this way would not serve
the purpose in court.
f) Chairman Furash stated that the noise level was much lower
than that of 3 years ago.
II . CONSERVATION
Upon motions duly made and seconded,
The Appropriation Committee went into
EXECUTIVE SESSION.
III . RECREATION
Chairman Furash stated that Recreation will have a very
hard time with Town Meeting re the Ballfield Lighting.
Meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
Next meeting is scheduled for March 15, 1976.
