APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE

a) Back in December 1975, the Appropriation Committee asked
for a new formula.
b) It is about time this is all laid out on the table as to
what people are getting paid.
c ) Chairman Furash stated that the position of the Approprition
Committee as stated in their report was completely satisfactory
and that we can tell Town Meeting that we will approve if the
proposal is changed.
d) I don't feel that the Town Manager had a right to bargain
this. If he goes into arbitration he will probably lose.
We insist that we will not go for 75/25.
II . EXECUTIVE SESSION
Upon motions duly made and seconded,
EXECUTIVE SESSION was VOTED by the
Committee.
Meeting adjourned at 11:00 P.M.
Next meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 8, 1976.
