Town Government Week - November 12-14. Mr. Mitchell will respond to Yrs . Reilly's invitation. II . Personnel Board - Preliminary objectives and Policy Statement was submitted by Mr. Butler, Chairman. III . TtYMA - It was agreed to see Mr. Spencer on November 18th at 9:00 P.M. IV. Formal Presentation Schedule November 25, 1974 - 8 : 00 P.M. - Police - Board of Selectmen 9:00 P.M. - Recreation 9:45 P.M. - Planning Board December 2, 1974 - 7 :45 P.M. - Conservation Commission Board of Selectmen 8 : 00 P.M. - DPW - Board of Selectmen 9:15 P.M. - Library December 9, 1974 - 7 :30 P.M. - Fire 8 :30 P.M . - Norman Cohen re Conservation Land Bonding 9:00 P.M. - DPW December 16, 1974 - 7 :30 P.M. - School Committee 8 :15 P.M. - Police • 9:00 P.M. - Conservation V. SCHOOL COP"MITTEE Chairman Furash read a communication from Town Manager to Board of Selectmen re letter sent to Mrs . Jane Bertchold, 4 Chairman, School Committee re lack of budget material. This entire matter was referred to Mr. Donald White , Chairman, Schools to follow up with Town Manager and the School Committee. VI . CABLE TV "-` Copies of report were given to the Committee for their review. This is to be discussed further at the next meeting. 106 VII . A note from Selectman Kenney to M_r. Clarke was read regarding legal counsel on St. Brigid's. VIII . TRANSFER REQUEST Account 5100 Engineering Overtime. Upon motions duly made and seconded it was VOTED to transfer the amount of $3,200 to Account 5100. IX. PERSONNEL BOARD Chairman Furash reported that Mr. Neil Chapman was very good regarding his keeping the Appropriation Committee informed on their Committee's meetings and findings. Mr. Perry stated that he presently was doing a very good analysis with the Department heads. X. Preliminary Capital Budget Comments for 1976 was dis- tributed to the Committee for their review. XI . CONSERVATION COMMISSION It was reported that Mr. Whitney had resigned due to a difference in working philosophy. Meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
