White, Vice Chairman-Schools, Elizabeth M. Flynn, Secretary, Arthur T. Bernier, J. H. Blaisdell, Martin Gilman, Patricia K. Hagedorn, Howard L. Levingston, Richard M. Perry, Comptroller I . It was moved and seconded to keep existing members in their perspective positions. II . Due to the increase in metered mail, it was moved and seconded to transfer the sum of $2,500 from the Reserve Fund to Account 2940 Metered Mail. III . It was moved and seconded to transfer th3 amount of $2,500 from Reserve Fund to Account 1950. IV. PERSONNEL BOARD Up to the present time there have been three meetings between Selectman Kenney, Town Manager O'Connell and the Board. Mr. Butler is Chairman and Mr. Sidman will record notes from the meetings. Initially, most of the time has been spent on Lexington Town Government, and how it works. Two important areas must be dealt with immediately; fringe benefits and collective bargaining managihg. . .the Committee has not participated in this as yet. It was noted that after May 1st it will be time-and-a-half after 40 hours. V. TOWN MEETING Selectman Kenney would like to back to early Town Meetings. The Warrant should be closed earlier. VI. Capital Expenditures Their report ended up to be too much like the Appropriation Committee's and this I would like to see changed the Chairman stated. VII . RESERVE FUND TRANSFERS The following transfer requests were VOTED by the Committee : Acct.1125 - $1,650 Acct.3800 - $7,000 " 1950 - 2,500 " 555o - $1,500 " 2935 - 1,550 5600 - v.7,00077g,00000 " 2940 -- 2 220 p2 - 8 Y,2?8 3450 05 1 Upon motions duly made and seconded, the above RESERVE FUND TRANSFERS were VOTED.
