Perry, Comptroller I . CAPITAL EXPENDITURES COMMITTEE Present: Messrs. Silverman and Kingston This meeting was in reference to capital outlay seeming to be dropped around $2.00. If deferred too much until next year it could possibly be inundated. Chairman Furash suggested Capital Expenditures report should be issued seperate. from Appropriation Committee report. Capital Expenditures feels that sidewalks can be afforded since capital budgets have been cut back. II .
